RAISULI AND KAID MACLEAN. Received July 26, 8.59 a.m. LONDON, July 25. The Daily Mail states that Raisuli has compelled all retainers to withdraw from Sir Harry Maclean's camp. The position is becoming dangerous. Received July 26, 10.25 p.m. MOROCCO, July 26. Raisuli declares that if the tribesmen at the Sultan's command attack him he will kill Kaid Sir Harry Maclean.
