CLEARING SALE.

At the Homestead, Oaklands, Tawataia, on Tuesday, July 30th, at 12.30 p.m., on account of Mr Admore, who has sold his farm Messrs Dalgety and Co,. Ltd., will sell without reserve the whole of the stock, implements, and furniture. The stock includes 950 first-class ewes in lamb, 190 hoggets, 27 rams, 80 head of cattle, and ten horses. The implements are in good working order and are such as will be found necessary for the cultivation of an up-to-date farm. The sale will start at 12.30 p.m., and for iha convenience o* buyers a special coach will meet the train arriving at Eketahuna at 11.30 a.m.
