THE ALL RED ROUTE.
Received July 17, 9.28 a.sn. LONDON, July 17. Tiie Daily Telegraph states that a' Government committee, consisting of Messrs Lloyd George, Sydney Buxton, Walter Runciman, and Winston Churchill have decided sgainst an All Red mail route chiefly on financial grounds. It is expected that Cabinet will endorse the Committee's decision.
THE HOME FLEET.
Received July 17, 9.44 p.m. LONDON, July 17. His Majesty thg King will review the Heme Fleet in TiK Solent on August 3rd. The Fleet will include twelve battleships, twenty-four cruisers, one hundred and twenty torpedo de.stroyers and submarines.
