RAISULI PREVENTED PROM REMOVING THE CAPTIVE. Received July 12, .7.40 .a.m. • MOROCCO, July 11. Sir Harry Maclean, who is a prisoner in tho bands of the insurgent chief Raisuli, writes in good spirits.; The headmen of the neighbouring tribes have prevented Raisuli from removing him elsewhere. HOW THE KAID WAS DECOYED. Received July 12., 8.52 a.m. July 11. One of Sir Harry Maclean's bodyguard has reached Tangier. He states that Sir Harry carried a letter of pardon to the tribes which had been assisting Raisuli. The latter pretended that the tribes would not accept the letter as genuine unless Sir Harry Maclean personally read it to He induced the General to visit the tribesmen, and had him arrested after reading the letter. The Sultan is heading a powerful expedition against Raisuli.
