CHINESE PREMISES RAIDED.
By Telegraph—Press PALMERSTON N., July 8. The police raided Chinese premises in tne town on Saturday night in search of opium smokers, but only one Celestial was caught. His outfit, including opium, pipe, and the usual paraphernalia, was seized, and the delinquent will appear before the court in the ordinary course.
