CLEARING SALES.
At Springbank, uladstoye, on Tuesday next, under instructions from the Trustees in the estate of the late Mr D. McLachlan, Messrs Dalgety and Co., Ltd., will offer at auction the whole of the stock, farm implements and furniture. The stock includes 1,020 sheep, 95 head "of cattle, and as the property has been sold, the sale of stock will be practically without reserve. Full particulars will be found in the auctioneer's advertisement.
At Kopuaranga. on Tuesday, July 16th, on account of Mr A. B. Cottle. Messrs Dalgety and Co., Ltd., will submit at auction the freehold of 76 acres of first-class dairying land comprised of river flats and close to a creamery, railway, and school. A good residence and numerous outbuildings are on the property. At the same time the whole stock of dairy cattle, comprising 85 cows and 12 heifers due to calve at factory dates, also 26 head of young heifers, two horses, pigs, poultry, and implements will be submitted.
