TRADE OUTLOOK.

LONDON, June 28. Mr Lloyd-George, President of the Board of Trade, has announced that owing to the recommendation of the Colonial Premiers arrangements have been made to appoint commercial agents, who shall furnish reports from the colonies, with regard to trade and commerce. The Minister added that the colonies would be kept informed of markets whereto they could send their goods in British countries. Mr Lloyd-George mentioned that the present boom in the general trade of the country might be expected to continue.
