Received June 27, 9.5 a.m. PARIS, June 26. The Central Wine, Committee has severely censured M. Albert for hi s conduct in going to Paris, and especially for receiving a hundred francs (£4) from M. Clemenceau, the Premier. The committee has declined M. Clemenceau's overtures, and conpemns his measures as insufficient. M. Albert is losing all influence. Received June 27, 10.37 p.m. PARIS, June ,27. M. Albert surrendered himself to the public prosecutor at Montpellier. He has repaid the loan of 100 francs borrowed from M. Clemenceau. and the return railway fare.
