DISCONTENT IN SOUTH OF FRANCE.
REFRACTORY SOLDIERS. Received June 26, 8.30 a.m. PARIS, June 25. The mutineers at Agde, not being permitted to visit their families on Sunday, were again refractory, and have been transferred to Briane. M. Albert, the leader of the recent demonstrations, presiding at a meeting of the Winegrowers' Committee at Argellitrs, announced that M. Clemenceau had promised that if the people acted in a legal manner the prisoners would be released and the winegrowers helped. It was resolved that the Government Bill was inadequate to meet the emergency, and that peaceful demonstrations should continue. MUTINEERS SENT TO TUNIS. Received June 26, 9.33 p.m. PARIS, June 26. As a punishment six hundred Agde mutineers were sent to Tunis.
