THE NATIONALIST PARTY. LONDON, June 21. At the National Directory meeting a resolution inviting Messrs Healy and O'Brien to rejoin the Nationalist Party was rejected. The National Directory recommends that preference on all possible occasions should be given to Irish goods over British. (Mr William O'Brien had a dispute with the leaders of the Nationalist Party over the disposal of the party funds, and he was supported by Mr T. Healy and other members.)

HOUSE OF LORDS BILL,

LONDON, June 21

In the House of Commons Lord Robert Cecil withdrew his Bill dealing with the Houes of Lords. He declared that it had served as an object lesson to show the indifference of the Government regarding their promises made in March.
