MASTERTON-THURSDAY. (Before Mr W. P. James, S.M.) William Heap, a second offender, pleaded guilty to a charge of drunkenness, and was fined 10s. in default 48 hours' imprisonment. George Oakley, claim £4 6s. costs 10s. In the judgment summons case W,F.C.A. v. James Liddington, a claim for £7 9s 9d, the defendant was ordered to pay 20s per month, first payment to be made on July Ist.
