RIOTS IN PORTUGAL. Received June 20, 11.12 p.m. ■ LISBON, June 20. The police at Oporto are employed to shield the Premier, Senhor Joao Franco, from popular fury. When they appeared in. the«street the -Premier and his Guards were stoned. A barricade was then erected, and a fusillade was kept up for some time between the troops and rioters. Many were wounded on both sides. One hundred and twenty arrests were made. Riots against Senhor Franco also occurred at Lisbon, during which two people were killed.
