THE HAGUE CONFERENCE.
EXTRAORDINARY PRECAUTIONS. Received June 20, 9.29 p.m. THE HAGUE, June 20. M. Nelidoff, a Russian delegate and President of the Peace Convention, expressed grave apprehensions for the safety of the Russian delegates at the Peace Convention, and in consequence extraordinary police surveillance has been arranged at their respective residences. Police are also stationed under the Conference Hall. A small door at one corner, which is bolted and sealed, gives access in case of danger. After each sitting the exit doors are sealed, the seals being officially broken for the next sitting. Received June 20, 9.33 p.m. THE HAGUE, June 20. Great. Britain, Germany, and United States support a proposal for the establishment at the Hague of an international prize court, as a court of appeal in war time.
