LAND SALE AT WAIPUKURAU
MOUNT HERBERT HOMESTEAD BLOCK. An important land sale is announced to take place at Waipukurau, on Wednesday, July 3rd, when Messrs Horace Baker and Son, auctioneers, will hold a sub-divisional sale of thd well-known Mount Herbert Homestead Block, consisting of 2,200 acres. This estate is one of the earliest selected in Hawke's Bay; its stock are prize-winners and are known throughout New Zealand.
