At the same time the firm will offer, on behalf of Mr Daysh, 132 acres adjoining Mr Quirk's property, and held under lease'in perpetuity.. The sale will be held at 2.30 o'clock, and intending purchasers are invited to obtain plans and particulars from, the auctioneers.
