Received Jane 15, p.m. ST. PETERSBURG. June 15. M. Stolypin, tibe Premier, has demanded the.suspeEison of 49 Social Democratic Deputies, and the arrest of others pending an enquiry into the plot discovered to overthrow, the existing systeni of Government, and establish a .Democratic Republic by means of a military revolutionaryfighting organisation with ramifications throughout the Empire. M. Stolypin has declared that if his motion is rejected the Government will consider the decision as a refusal of the Duma to co-operates with the Ministry. ' ■■ ■■ •■■■■•• Strong bodies of troops and police., surround the house. Several deputies have fled. The Duma has referred the motion to a committee.
