EGG-LAYING.
BLENHEIM COMPETITION. By Telegraph—Press Association. BLENHEIM, June 14. The results of the second week of the Egg-laying Competiton show that the total number of eggs laid was 559, making the grand total 944. The highest pens for the week were:- Law's White Leghorns, 28, Sturrock's Partridge Wyanuottes 25, Blick's White Leghoms r ,23, BytheH's Black Orpingtons 23, Dodson's Black Orpingtons 22. The leading pens to date are as follow:—Sturrick's Partridge Wyandottes 54, Law's White Leghorns 46, Bythell's Black Orpingtons 45, Silcock's White Leghorns 41.
