ANNUAL REPORT. The annual report of the Masterton Farmers' Implement Company, to be presented to the annual meeting of shareholders, is as .follows:—The attached balance sheet for the year ended April 30th, 1907, shows that the year began with a credit balance of £1,345 7s Id, to which has to be added the sum of £9O 3s, net profit on the past year's working,, making a total credit balance of £1.43.5 10s Id. The total turnover shows a small increase on the previous year's work, but the wages paid amounts to £515 more, and is chiefly accounted for by the installation of the foundry and increased wages as fixed by the Arbitration Court. The foundry has been proved to be of service to the district, and there is reason to believe that it will shortly prove a payable branch. Messrs Wm. Perry and W- H. Buick. retire from the directorate and offer themslves for re-election. The auditor, Mr J. B. Keith, also offers himself for ro-election.
