ORANGIAS' CONSTITUTION. Received June 13, 9 t 15 a.m. CAPETOWN, June 12. The Orange Rivsr Colony leaders, Abraham Fischer and Judge Herzog, condemn the reservation of the control of native affairs under the new constitution granted to the colony. They declare that the existence of two masters would not conduce to finality or peace.
