GERMAN SCANDAL. PRINCE FREDERICK HENRY DEGRADED. Received June 14, 12.45 a.m. v ._, LONDON, June 13. The Standard states that the Kaiser, hearing of a scandal concerning Prince Frederick Henry, the late Regent of Brunswick's son, dismissed liim from the Army and tore the decorations from his breast and ordered him into exile. The Daily Express says that Prince Frederick Henry was hitherto considered a most pious member of the family. The Kaiser, after degrading the Prince, soundly boxed his ears. The Prince burst into tears and quitted the Palace without a word. He is now in a remote part of Egypt.
