At a meeting of the Wellington Rugby Union Management Committee, to-night, a letter from the Athletic Park Company stated that no decision had been reached regarding the exclusion of A. H. Baskiville from the company's ground. It was decided to ask the New Zealand Rugby Union for ruling defining under what conditions an individual may receive monetary consideration for service rendered to a football organisation and retain his amateur statu3.' An enquiry is to be held by the committee into the allegations of «')jectonable conduct and bad language on the part of spectators at a recent match at Lower Hutt. Ore player was suspended for the season, and another for four Saturdays, for fighting during a recent match. A spectator iwas reported for insulting a referee after a game played atPetone. It was decided to warn the offender off all grounds under the Union's control for five years.
