SHORT-DATED DEPOSITS.
By Telegraph—Press Association. WELLINGTON, June 12. Some of the Building Societies in Wellington have added one-half per cent, to the interest on short-dated deposits (six and three months), making the rates 3| and 2J per cent, respectively.
