TWENTY-EIGHT PASSENGERS DROWNED. Received June 11, 9.22 p.m. NEW YORK, June 11. ' The schooner La Jalouse Cayenne, bound for St. Lucia, swamped and capsized off the Barbadoes. Twenty - eight passengers were drowned, including twelve women and children. Twenty-one passengers reached land safely.
