A match was played on Saturday, on the Hutt links, between the Hutt and Wairarapa Golf Clubs. The Hutt men won four up. The Wairarapa ladies beat the Hutt ladies three up. Following are details of the scores (Hutt players being mentioned first in each instance) :—R. C. Kirk beat J. C. Bidwill; C. G. Allan lost to W. Bidwill ; Dr. Ross lost to G. Hume; G. A. Pearson beat J. Bidwill; H. , Manning beat W. Hume; C. R. Robieson beat C. Pharazy i; D. B. Howden beat W. Turnbull; Dr. i Purdy beat C. Pearce. Miss Foster beat Mrs W. Bidwill; Mrs Walkins lost to Mrs Holmes; Miss Philips lost to Mrs Guy Williams; Miss Lee lost to Miss Bidwill; Miss Callender lost to Miss Hannay.
