CUSTOMS VALUATIONS. Received June 10, 9.1 a.m. [ NEW YORK, June .9. The American Customs regulations embodied in the agreement with Germany declare that valuations made by.Chambers of Commerce officially connected with the Government shall be accepted as evidence of price. The stipulation benefits France, not Britain, as in Britain the Chambers of Commerce are not officiaL It is hoped that the British Government will arrange to appwint agents to superintend valuation.
