FATAL ACCIDENT.
By Telegraph—Press Association. WESTPORT, June 7. A miner named John Leece, aged about 45 years, who is married and has a family of ten, died in the Westport Hospital, to-night, as the result of a fall of coal at the Westport Coal Company's Mine, this afternoon. The deceased was formerly a newspaper proprietor in New South Wales.
