WOODVILLE POULTRY SHOW.
I By Telegraph—Press Association. WOODVILLE, June 6. The Woodville Poultry Show, held yesterday, was fairly successful, although far from the expectations of the promoters. The number of entries was considerably less than that of last year, and the receipts at the door were not more than half of last year's. The North Island Championship for Indian Runner ducks was won by Cooper Bros., of Wanganui. J. N. Nicholls won most prizes in the pigeon classes, although T. Bullick, v of Hastings, secured the principal prizes in the Working Homer classes.
