"Messrs Dalgety and C 0.,, Ltd., ""Wellington, have received the following cable messages from their London House, dated 30th inst:—Frozen meat —Prices for mutton in general are unchanged. There is a moderate demand for lamb at unchanged prices. We quote New Zealand ox' beef, hinds, 3f dto 3ld per lb. Butter— The Copenhagen official quotation is unchanged. The total import of butter into the United Kingdom for week ending 25th instant amounted to 92.000cwt, aa compared with YB.OOOcwt for the corresponding week of last year. Tallow—The market is unchanged. There is a good demand , for low and inferior descriptions, but poor demand for mutton tallow.
