A Tokio telegram, supposed to have been inspired by the Japanese Foreign Office, states that a repetition of the unprovoked attacks on the Japanese at San Francisco would have serious results in the relations of Japan and America. Received May 30, 12.30 a.m. NEW YORK, May 29. The San Francisco newspapers continue to stir up the trouble, freely predicting that the time will come when America must fight Japan.
