IMPERIAL PREFERENCE.

The number of resolutions in favour of Imperial preference forwarded to the colonial Premiers was 765, of which 259 were from branches of the Tariff Reform League or similar associations, while the remainder'were from meetings of a more general character, including 38 workingmen's clubs and 45 women's associations.
