THE TROUBLE IN PERSIAN.

! Received May 28, 8 a.m. TEHERAN, May 27. The Persian Parliament, suspecting the Government of having instigated recent disorders at Tabriz, where the irregular soldiery killed 250 villagers, sent a deputation to complain to the Shah, who promised to hold an enquiry into the matter. Parliament is still dissatisfied, believing that the Shah is sheltering offenders.

Much seditious talk and noisy demonstrations are indulged in against the Shah.
