If tho resources cf the Trust are carefully fostered and its affairs conducted on buainess-llke line.-, Mnsterton should become the centre for higher education, and bs a residential town for country settler;! who wish to give their children tho advantages of a college and technical education. I will also carefully consider the question *of exchanging sites for the Courthouse. lam in favour of a fair exchange to be decided by arbitration as to their relative values.
