PLOT AGAINST THE KAISER.
STUDENTS BANISHED. Received May 25, 4.54 p.m. LONDON, May 25. The Daily Mail's Berlin correspondent reports that in connection with the Russo-German plot to assassinate the Kaiser, the discovery was made of recipes for the manufacture of bombs; also evidence of inquiries having been made regarding the Kaiser's movements. Six Russian students at Berlin and Charlottenburg have been banished. Three others will be prosecuted for •conspiracy.
