The Socialists and Labour member® were absent from the Duma when Mr Stolypin, the P.c©mier, replying, to a. previously announced interpellation,, confirmed the recent account of the revolutionary Socialists' plot agaanat the Czar, the Grand Duke Nicholas, and himself, and the arrest of tlr conspirators. The Duma unsiniusously expressed its joy at the Czar's escape, and its aborrence at the regksdal plot.
