It is said tljat each member of the proposedj.New Zealand team to play against the Northern Rugby Union (England) has to deposit £SO towards the expenses. Messrs H. W. Kelly (Wellington), D. Gallaher (Auckland), F. T. Evans (Christchurch), andH. Harris (Dunedin) will select the New Zealand team to tour Australia after the Worth and South Island match at Christchurch on the 3rd June. Rugby is on the boom in New South Wales this season and o 'reat interest ja being taken in the visit of the New Zealand team. In 1908 New South Wales will send a team to England, and says a Sydney writer, "if our team downs the 'All Blacks,' then the success of the proposed tour is assured."
