ANOTHER SENSATIONAL ADVANCE. Received May 17, 11.27 a.m. NEW YORK, May 17. There is another sensational advance in wheat in Chicago, partly due to the reports of crop losses in Russia. July wheat jumped from 92| to 994, and September reached 100 J. The volume of business was immense. A few leading firms alone took seven million bushels. The market closed unsettled. The prices of top wheat jumped 4 cents in New York. Trading is active, and closed unsettled. Part of the advance has been lost.
