BIG FIRE AT HASTINGS.
By Telegraph—Press Association. NAPIER, May 14. . A big fire at Hastings, to-night, destroyed Williams and Kettle's store, Maddison and Company's store, Paterson, Mossman and Company's offices, J. J. Faulkner's dentist premises, and the Bank of New Zealand, and partially destroyed S. Bone's cafe and E. H. Leigh's chemist shop.
