The Standard says that there is great indignation in Lucknow at the attempt of Mr John Morley, Sjcretary for InJia, to minimise the gravity of the lawlessness ac Rawalpindi, which is the outward and visible slgYi of the feeling of unrest in the Punjab and Bengal. Mohammedans refuse to join the agitation. Tne Standard attributes the trouble t) exotic western bearing (? training).
