FREEMASONRY.
By Telegraph—Press Association. INVERCARGILL, May 9. The Masonic Grand Lodge concluded its sitting to-day. The report of the Board of General Purposes was reviewed, and finally adopted. W. Bro. Uieesman, of Christchurch, was elected auditor. A motion to abolish proxy voting by representatives was allowed to stand over till next year. The question of dealing with members of the craft who had been convicted of crime was debated, and remitted to the Board of General Purposes for further consideration. A motion for the admission of ladies as spectators at the inatallav/tiojis of 4 Grand Master was allowed to stand over till next year. The visitors were entertained in .' the evening at a conversazione.
