SALE OF A FARM BY AUCTION.
* Messrs Mark Maxton and Co., auctioneers, Grey town, announce that they have been instructed by Mr D. Caueron, of Moroa, to sell the whole of his homestead, consisting of 104 acres of land, and the house of fifteen rooms/,and all outbuildings. The sale will take place on Saturday, May 18th. Fuller particulars will be advertised later.
Auctioneers' Memoranda, Messrs Abraham and Williams, Ltd., advertise additions to their Masterton horse sale on the 18th instant. The New Zealand Loan and Mercantile Agency Co., Ltd., add 125 prime fat ewes and 40 lambs to their Masterton stock sale, which will be held to-day. Messrs Abraham and Williams make additional entries to their next Eketahuna stock sale. Additional entries are made by Messrs Dalgety and Co. to their next Eketahuna stock sale.
