The estate consists of a block of greenstone (a patu pounamu) and a portrait of Teretimana te Korou, a painting which cost £4O, and which the children and grandchildren of Iri Hapeti Whakamairu and also those of Karaitiana te Korou should succeed to. The Court decided that the descendants of Kairaitiana should succeed to the block of greenstone.
