BREACHES OF THE ENGINEERS' AWARD.
By Telegraph—Press Association. THAMES, April 19. Price Bros., foundry proprietors, were fined £5 at the Arbitration Court for a breach of the award in paying men less than the rate stipulated in the recent Engineers' Award, paying the men eight shillings a day instead of ten shillings. For accepting less than the 1 rate fixed by the Court the men were ordered to pay the costs of the case.
