BESSES O' TH' BARN BAND.
: —+ Great Britain's champion band, the Royal Besses o' th' Bam Band, will commence their brief season here next Thursday afternoon, when music-lovers will be given some of the most brilliant numbers of this famous band's repertoire. One of the many features of their programmes is the excellent solo, duet and trio work, accomplished by the leading Boloists. The band has gained many noteworthy distinctions during its eventful history, but the honors conferred upon it during last year will rank amongst the highest ever received. The tour through France was a succession of triumphs. The entire proceeds from the concerts in that country were distributed amongst the French charities. The box plan for the two evening concerts is on view at McLeod and Young's.
