IMMORAL PUBLICATION.
Received April 12, 10.45 a m. NEW YORK, April 11. The New York Hei'ald has been fined 31,000 dollars 1 for publishing immoral advertisements. The case arose out of Mr W. R. Hearst's can didature for the Governorship of New York, and was the result of Mr Hearst's exposures.
