DISORDER IN AN IRON DISTRICT. Received April 11, 9 a.m. ST. PETERSBURG, April 10. The Briansk ironworks, Ekaterinoslav, have been closed, throwing 5,000 idle. Much disorder has ensued on the announcement of the closing, and troops surround the works. Many arrests have been made.
