TECHNICAL SCHOOL.
(To the Editor)
Sir, —When the abovejschool is dismissed after lessons in the evening, it would be to the advantage of its reputation if one of the teachers would take his stand at thejfront door, in order to see that the'boys, as they come out of school, do not use their vulgar tongues in "barrikin' " the female pupils and other females who may at the time be passing. Boys, these days, have no respect for females, hence they take the opportunity, when in mobs, to sling-off at females who happen to have no male companions with them. Last night was enough to make any self-respecting man , loth boys. The "fun," as they term it, only lasted for about a minute, but it was enough to make much harder cases than myself blush for their bringing up.—l am, etc., A VISITOR. Masterton, April 9th, 1907.
