The Dublin correspondent of Ths: Times reports that the Government have definitely abandoned the idea of a University Bill during the present session, believing that the Devolution Bill will occupy a very large part of the remainder of the session, and fearing that both Cabinet and the rank and file of the party contain a strong element of opposition to Mr Bryce's scheme.
