deceived April 4, 9.2,7 jfltEW April 4. ' The Commissioners of Lunacy have concluded their ,mental examination ,of Thaw, who is standing his trial for the murder-of Stanford White. The examination -was conducted in private, even counsel being excluded. The previous evidence of experts is .absolutely conflicting. Doctor Wagner,, Superintendent oi the State Hoepital for Insane at Singhamptoh, testifies that in his .opinion Thaw W.a*s suffering from "brain storm" when he killed White, ,but his mental balance was restored almost immediately. Others insist that Thaw is still insane.
