BOMB OUTRAGE.
Received April 1, 9.17 a.m. LONDON, March 31. A bomb exploded at Pera. It killed two persons and wounded four. AN ACT OF PERSONAL REVENGE. Received April 1, 9.55 p.m. LONDON, April 1. The Pera outrage was an act of personal revenge on the part of Fehim Pasha's agents. The bomb wounded seven people. The assassin escaped.
