EXHIBITION GOLF TOURNAMENT.
By Telegraph—Press Association. CHRISTCHURCH, March 27. The Exhibition Golf Tournament, promoted by the Christchurch Golf Glub, opened this morning. The leading scores are as follow Ladies' Championship of Canterbury, two rounds of 18 holes each, medal play, for Challenge Cup.— First Round: Miss Mort, Sydney, 97; Miss N. Campbell, Christchurch, 100; Miss Cracroft-Wilson, Christchurch, 100; Miss Lee, Christchurch, 106; Miss K. Rattray, Otago, 106; Miss R. Sealy, Timaru, 107. Ladies' Handicap Match, one round of 18 holes. — Miss Mort (scratch), 97; Mrs Mac Donald (18), 99; Miss Campbell (scr), 100; Miss Cracroft-Wilson (scr), 100. Ladies' Bogey Handicap, over 18 holes. —Miss Gould (2), 2 down; Miss J. Mill (6), 3 down. The tournament will be continued to-morrow. The men's events will commence on Saturday.
